Uniting to Save our Schools is continuing our work in sponsoring a series of action dialogues focused on progressive issues in education that are reflective of our . Our dialogues always incorporate thoughtful practitioners, students, and activists who present specific strategies and tactics they have taken.platform

The next action dialogue on May 3 from 7:30-9 p.m. Eastern Time will focus on the many roles of unions during these increasingly complex times for educators, learners, families, and communities.

The umbrella question for the Action Dialogue will be:

What are the roles of teachers’ and students’ unions in fighting for justice and equity in education and society?

Panelists include unionists from across the United States.
